My mom was admitted into the ER earlier today by a group of officers who time after time, went out of their way to make my mom feel less than human. When I was finally allowed to visit, I noticed the love and care given by all the nurses caring for her at the time. Each of them making her feel important and safe.
Ellen made my mom feel very comfortable in the short time she was here. My mom said to her, "Thank you for being so kind to me when others were not" she replied, "Is there a reason I shouldn't be kind to you?" Everyone deserves to be shown love and kindness. Ellen and whoever was under her, are angels in my mother's and my eyes.
