Everything about Ellen said "competent, kind and caring." She went above and beyond to answer our questions and put us at ease. When we couldn't think of what to ask, Ellen told us all we needed to know. Incredibly, Ellen called me (wife of the patient) from the operating room to give me updates two different times. Hearing from her was incredibly relieving and I so appreciate that kindness and communication. Thank you, Ellen!
