Ellen was very thorough in explaining my procedure. She told me what to expect and how I’ll feel with the metal frame attached to my head, the medication I would be taking, and the MRI and Gamma Knife procedure. She was right on, and I felt comfortable the whole day. Ellen was nothing short of amazing at explaining each step and what to expect! She certainly kept my nerves calm through the entire process and I’m so thankful! Ellen was wonderful. I was very scared to have this procedure completed, but Ellen made me feel so at ease. Her knowledge, professionalism, and experience shined through and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. She is also just a caring and compassionate human being.
