We all have been affected differently during COVID-19, most find this a stressful time. Since the start of the major changes in the hospital, Ellen has brought her love of Yoga, meditation, and mindful breathing exercises to Special Care Nursery staff. I don't think I realized how stressed I was until I was able to unwind a bit with Ellen's help. Especially when in a stretch of shifts, she has helped brought mindfulness to me and other coworkers. I just really wanted the hospital to know how deeply helpful this has been, she has been. I really am grateful for a nurse who goes above and beyond, not only caring for her babies here in SCN but also her coworkers. Thanks, Ellen!
