We are proud to recognise Ellen, Trauma Nurse Specialist, for her unwavering commitment and exceptional dedication to patient care and team support. Ellen has consistently gone above and beyond, most recently stepping up to work on weekends and her days off, including 13-hour shifts, to ensure continuous coverage. Her selflessness and reliability have not only sustained the high standards of care our patients rely on but also provided crucial support. At times her workload is overwhelming, although stressful and challenging, she always comes to work with a smile on her face. In a high-pressure environment where every moment counts, Ellen’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to put others' needs first stand out. She embodies the spirit of teamwork and excellence, and we are deeply grateful for her contributions. Her tireless efforts set an inspiring example for us all.
