I had just gone through a bad experience, so my emotions and anxiety were running pretty high! But Ellen knew exactly what to do right away. Despite her busy schedule, she makes time to ask targeted questions and bring in help when needed.
Her ability to listen with understanding before taking action is her greatest strength. She is special, kind, gentle, and empathetic. She recognized my need for social services and psychological support after my discharge; she senses and identifies the “right” need at the “right” moment.
