I had to spend 3 very difficult weeks of my life in this hospital, going through 2 intestinal resections. Ellen was a constant source of not the most professional nursing care, but of encouragement and positivity. Ellen was my angel who single-handedly helped me get through this terrible ordeal. My entire family, especially myself, is forever grateful to her. As a retired physician, I have interacted with countless other health professionals over the years.
