November 2025 Honoree
Ellie E Coleman, RN, BSN
Ellie, a nurse whom I got the privilege of being in her care, is in one word “amazing.” She is an asset to RMC and the Nursing Field. I had a mini breakdown one night, just being in pain, fighting cancer, and fighting an infection from my port.
Instead of just saying it will be okay, she listened to me, she listened to me cry, and yes, she did say it would be ok, but she also gave me a hug! I needed that hug at that time. She also told me that I would always be well cared for any time I needed it, also something I needed to hear, but she also listened to what I said and did something about it.

Thank you, Ellie E, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
