Ellie exemplifies outstanding service and skill. During my mother's stay, she went above and beyond with every task. She showed tremendous compassion and concern with controlling pain, providing comfort and support. From her kind words to her clever ways of relieving pressure at points of pain, she was exceptional. Her thorough understanding of my mother's complex health needs was impressive. She was able to convey her knowledge to us on a level that was easy to understand. Differences in sinus, afib, aflutter, how her electrolytes were impacting her heart and her stage 4 kidney disease and its relationship to her heart condition and medication options. She was a patient listener and able to communicate with her though she is hearing impaired. She was professional, compassionate, and attentive to details.

She took the time to thoroughly explain everything that she was doing so that I would understand what she had to do. She took the time to ask me often if I had questions and listened carefully. She was very sincere in her expressions. She made me laugh and that made me comfortable. She advised me of what to expect next and kept me advised of when doctor orders were pending and when approved.
