How tough and scary to be in the ICU for my first time and hopefully last! Great people but...... I began crying, unable to speak and Ellie sat down next to me. Knowing how scared I was, she began the RN encouragement talk. She didn't stop there, she placed a shampoo cap on my head which I knew nothing about. About an hour later she returned to comb my hair out and gave me a French braid! The doctor said I had a zen look! Meant so much to me, Thank you, Ellie!
