Elliot was absolutely the best in making my elderly husband feel safe and secure while in the hospital. He is an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process step by step so we were comfortable. He was very understanding, while still giving respect and compassion to my husband along the way. He was the BEST!
