During my stay here, I had the pleasure of being a patient of Elliot’s. He has been very attentive, easy to talk to about what is needed by both me and the other areas of the hospital, such as lab work and other directions from the doctors. Even if I was not Elliot’s patient, I observed him performing their duties with a smile and assurance. He is on top of his cares, and he remembers patients’ names and wants, and he smiles even if he is busy. He does not ignore you. Even little things, such as remembering when and how you like your coffee, and you don’t have to be his patient. He treats every patient on the floor as if they are his. I observed him giving direction and providing training to other nurses and doing it while busy, but you cannot see it, he is calm under pressure and gives his best each and every time. It is a joy and a pleasure to have been under Elliot’s care. Thank you, Elliot!
