Eloisa Enoval, RN

During COVID challenges and staffing, many RNs left the ICU to pursue traveling. This left our ICU with minimal qualified RNs. Eloisa stayed and was committed to the patients. She was the first onboard to assist with the team nursing model, oriented new staff and travelers, but most of all kept a positive attitude and provided high-quality patient care. We wouldn’t have kept going without her. I commend her work and commitment to the ICU!
