I was getting my chest tubes out, and Eloi knew I was scared. She said, ‘Do you want me to hold your hand?’ At that moment, I felt so humble. That was a gesture I was not expecting, but it made me feel great. Thank you to Eloi, for you made a change in me. You are one who goes out of the way. I love your cheeriness!

Thank you for assigning your finest RNs and PCTs to my husband’s care. Eloisa stood out to us. She was working without a PCT and was just SO joyful and encouraging with a jaunt in her step, though she has every reason to slow down! Eloi’s positive spirit was uplifting to my husband, whose mortality hit him out of the blue with the severe aortic stenosis diagnosis. He needed a “good fix” of positivity and without a prescription. Eloisa delivered! Thank you!
