Elsa is an extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and versatile instructor. She has been a dedicated faculty member for ten years and always strives to find new and creative ways to facilitate student engagement. I have always admired Elsa’s enthusiasm in the classroom. Elsa has developed case studies on her own to bring realistic nursing scenarios into the classroom. She facilitates group activities related to current lecture topics. Elsa tutors struggling students on evenings and weekends. Some students are in her classes, while others are enrolled in other courses. She sincerely wants every student to succeed.
