Elsa tried so hard to make our admission comfortable, she told me that I can ask anything I need at any time and she was so kind to my son. She gives him milk meals at night; one day my baby vomited at late night, she helped me clean him and she make the place around me comfortable to sleep in by putting more pillows around because my son slept with me in my bed that day. I was in dire need of help at that time and she really was like a sister to me, not only a nurse. I want to thank her so much.

I want to thank the whole team for the nice communication, especially Nurse Elsa. She is very fast in responding with a smile. She always comforts me and I don't have to be alone. She always knows and identifies my concerns and answers them. My sincere thanks for her loyalty at work.
