I went down to get a PICC line and I was so nervous. The Dr. didn't explain in detail but Elsa explained everything to me so well. She could see how anxious I was and she really took care to ease my nerves. Elsa even sang me a song to help calm me. She did a great job inserting it and I hardly felt a thing. I am grateful for her great nursing skills and reassurance.
