Elsie Collins, LPN

Nurse Collins is the founder of the Arkansas Nurses Honor Guard. Established in February 2021 after the loss of a fellow nurse and friend, her leadership has led to 19 chapters forming in Arkansas to honor over 100 nurses during their funeral services. This would not have happened without her leadership. Her inspiring leadership has led the organization to obtain 501(c)3 status and hundreds of members. The Tribute provided is a comfort to families who have witnessed their loved one work tirelessly serving others in their nursing career. Arkansas needed a leader like Nurse Collins to make this happen.
