Elsie Harris was the relief Patient Care Coordinator for the EC on New Year's Eve. She was able to maintain teamwork, customer service, and outstanding professionalism during an incredibly busy night. She rallied her team during this period, and was able to take care of several critically ill patients. She demonstrated great communication skills, caring, and excellent leadership skills.
