Elsie is a wonderful RN and a great asset to the nursing team on the 6th floor. Being hospitalized suddenly with heart failure, my care required critical assessment skills that she confidently displayed. This decreased my fear of failure and death. Facing multiple invasive procedures, she took the time to explain those procedures and strengthened my ability to get well. I am very grateful to have received her professional and experienced care. Without her support, I don't think I would have been able to focus and make the proper healthcare decisions. I will always remember her strength and confidence.
