elton sweet, RN

Elton Sweet is the model nurse. He goes above and beyond. He takes initiative and gets things done to help his patients. He even does bedpan duties when the aide is busy. When asked a question, he gets the answer and calls you with it. He is caring and considerate. When one of his patients is discharged he can work over the phone to answer discharge questions. He will also take notes over the phone with a doctor to put in the patient's file. If he ever had a bad day no one would know as he comes to work happy and caring. It is easy to see that he likes his job and will do whatever it takes to see that his patients are taken care of. I wish every nurse was half as good as Elton. Elton made each trip here so much better. He was the only nurse I could ask that would give me a report in person or over the phone. People don't go to the hospital because they are well and the way patients and families are treated helps. Elton was the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of being around. He is truly a huge asset to the nursing field and TGMC.
