Eltrick Primus, RN, BSN

Eltrick Primus, RN, is one of our Lead Clinical Nurses for Med/Surg; however, he functions above and beyond this role. He has stepped up into a leadership role to advocate for his unit when he was needed, he has participated in various committees, and he is a key person in ensuring our local nursing students get their clinical experience. I see Eltrick as a great mentor and role model. He is always teaching or learning, and he always brings a unique perspective with a giant smile and a positive attitude. Eltrick is impacting the nursing field in such a huge way. It shows that he cares about his role as a mentor/preceptor, and I'm sure some of his prior students could easily share a story or two of his profound impact on their careers. Great job Eltrick!
