Elvin "Shaq" S Florez, RN

The other day, Shaq stopped what he was doing and took the time to address a family concern. What stood out was how he listened to really understand. With great patience and kindness, he quickly surmised the issue and took care of it. As a charge nurse, he had many other tasks, but he dropped everything to help us, and he did it with grace. It is clear to see that he is liked and well respected on the unit. He has superior people and communication skills. Our family is grateful for him.
