Elvira is compassionate, caring, kind, and empathetic and has always been there for my sick brother and for us, his family. She is patient and has been very attentive and has given my brother excellent care. We never have to ask her twice, she is very responsive to all our needs. She is always happy with a smile. All nurses should be that way. We are truly fortunate to have her as my brother's nurse.
