I had surgery and was tended to in recovery by Jack. What a great human being. Every time I looked at him, there was a smile on his face, one that said, Everything is ok, I am here with and for you. How can I help you? He was warm, kind, caring, and patient. He took the time to get in touch with my daughter and update her. I felt safe in his hands during the immediate recovery time. Thanks so much, Jack. I was out of it, but not so much as not to notice your TLC. You are so important to people like me who can experience any kind of anxiety.
