Ely has been present for the entirety (so far) of my stay at Sutter. She is so attentive, listens well and helped process me through a couple situations I needed to make a decision on. She has a wonderful temperament and ease about her that made me trust her the first time I met her. Her knowledge base is very good and she uses it to teach the patient. She is so quick to answer a light or a question. She calls the doctor and follows through with orders in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Ely for the DAISY Award.
