Elysa Boyle, RN
Elysa, from the moment they walked into my room, was instantly calming, kind, and genuine. She was the first person who made me feel like a human. Her demeanor, smile, and attention made it evident that she wanted to be there, genuinely cared about what I had to say, and instantly put me at ease.
Even with a short interaction, I knew I was in good hands. While our time prior to shift change was quick, she made an impression and bonded with me. Her communication is stellar, and I felt well cared for.
She was the first person to offer me a blanket, ask if I had questions, stop what she was doing to find answers, and overall put my comfort and safety first.
It is the little things that make big impacts, and Elysa was a breath of fresh air. I appreciate her and know she is a wonderful nurse!
