Elyse was my nurse on the day I was given an early non-favorable prognosis. That day she shared with me her own personal experience and knowledge of what I might have to prepare for.
Elyse was a constant source of guarded positivity, knowledge, concern, and comfort. She was my "second set of ears" during doctor consults and would stay after to answer or clarify any questions.
I did receive a more positive diagnosis, but what I remember from my "worst day" is the care and comfort I was given. Elyse is a most valuable asset on an impressive staff.
