Elyssa has taken care of my mom before. She has always been attentive, professional but also very compassionate. You can tell by her behavior that she will do her best to make the patients' families comfortable. I was very impressed with her because when she came on duty, she mentioned something to my mom, and a member of the family reacted instantly to protect her. So, impressed because she was humble, apologized, and handled the situation like a professional and more importantly, always kept her heart into caring for my mom. People make mistakes, but not all people move forward with the grace and compassion that she did. We are so thankful for her.
