Thank you, Ella, for the care you gave not only to my baby but also to me as a mother navigating an emotional and uncertain time. Your kindness and calming presence made such a difference in our experience, and I will forever be grateful. I will never forget the day you gave M her very first bottle; it was such a huge milestone for our family and a moment filled with hope and joy. You celebrated that moment with us as if she were your own. It meant everything to see someone care so deeply about her progress.

Equally unforgettable was the day M received her last bottle before leaving the NICU. That moment represented strength, growth, and the beginning of a new chapter, and you were part of that milestone. Your encouragement helped us believe that we were truly ready to go home. Thank you for your patience during our photoshoots and for allowing us to capture memories at a time that could have easily felt overwhelming. You always made space for love, celebration, and everyday moments, even within the NICU walls.

Ella consistently showed patience, gentleness, and genuine compassion. She answered questions without hesitation, reassured me when I felt anxious, and treated M with tenderness and dignity every single day. She didn’t just provide medical care — she created comfort, confidence, and lasting memories for our family. Because of Ella, our NICU experience was filled with warmth and humanity.
