Elzbieta goes above and beyond the call of duty. When she is in charge and anyone needs assistance she is there and willing to help. On two different occasions, I noticed her take action. Once the ER was extremely busy and we were moving patients around to make room for more patients and we could not get housekeeping fast enough. She took it upon herself to move the patients so that we could get the ER in order. Another time we were moving 3 patients off telemetry. Transport was backed up so she took it upon herself to move all 3 patients to their new rooms all by herself.
