Ms. Eman is exceptional in various means such as in her outstanding bedside manner, and unwavering empathy for our mother and father and indeed our family. She is one of the nurses who give all of herself, every shift to her patients, families, and coworkers. She is the kind of nurse who should have so many DAISY Awards that her badge reel would be so heavy from the award pins it would drag on the floor. She is truly an Extraordinary Manager. She is also an example of what a dedicated and compassionate nurse should be. She is a leader, role model, and a nurse who values others' feelings by being in their shoes, not all can do it. We have witnessed ber enthusiasm in delivering and meeting our mama's needs at their best.

Every day, she makes sure to visit us, says hello, and makes sure that we are psychologically and emotionally comfortable. She never refused any of our requests including the choice of room to stay in. We are emotionally sensitive that we cannot be in a room where our baba spends the days in ICU as a companion for her. It was his ambition to do the best for Eman’s support. She is always there for us, any time of the day, without hesitation. There were times that we couldn’t be with mama due to some health issues. Mama become critical on the same day and had to undergo a CT scan. Eman arranged the seniors from all the wings of service like nurses, RT, and Doctor to transport her to Procedure. She even also joined for the procedure and stayed with mama till she is back in ICU. She also didn’t forget to inform us about the updates then and there. It means a lot to us.

There were so many incidences where she went beyond her reach to do her best to meet our requests. For example, the previous bed was not good for her skin. When we raised our concern, Eman immediately took the action by going through the processes to get the high-quality air mattress to protect Mama's skin. Even for baba, he had back pain and his posture was not steady, baba spends his quality time in ICU with mama. Without asking us, Eman arranged the softest couch for him. It touched babas heart. Since then we noticed her humanity towards not only us but also others is exceptional. She deserves to be appreciated. We wanted to do the best for Eman. Nothing will be enough to express our gratitude to her. She is an angel by all the means. We wish her all the best.
