Emanuel was extremely kind and patient with my father from the first encounter. He took extra care to show compassion to me as I was staying over with my father. He was nice and respectful of my father's dignity, even in sensitive issues. He took the extra time to explain what he was doing and asked about my father's wishes. He was friendly and helpful too.
