Emely consistently demonstrates a high level of care and attention to detail, going above and beyond to ensure my brother’s comfort and well-being are taken care of.
On a particular occasion, my brother was experiencing skin peeling, and Emely took the initiative to find moisturizer to clean and moisturize his face. She also took care of his oral hygiene, suctioning his mouth and applying ChapStick to his lips, ensuring that he was comfortable and presentable to family and friends. I was especially impressed by Emely’s dedication to her work as she was not even our assigned nurse on that day. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care is a testament to her professionalism and dedication to her patients.
