My mother was admitted to the ER at Pascack Valley Medical Center. Emely Polanco-Bisono went out of her way to make my mother feel safe and comfortable. Emely was even speaking to her in Greek, which made my mother smile. When my mother was released, Emely escorted her to the car, even though it was below 30 degrees outside! Today, my mother returned to the ER and who ran over to greet us but Emely. Emely is a true blessing!
