Our dedicated Emergency RNs exhibit exceptional clinical skills and unwavering compassion in patient care. Their commitment to our patients, their families, and our staff is a credit to our organization and ministry. At the core of their practice, our ER nurses enshrine the well-being of patients and their families, engaging with heartfelt empathy, listening with intent to understand, and tailoring care to meet individual needs. They stand as unwavering advocates for patients' rights, dignity, and well-being to ensure their voices are heard and respected.
Our nurses are actively involved in committees and community work – keeping themselves informed about the latest research and incorporating evidence-based practices into our care. ED RNs constantly seek to learn, build, and improve. This past year marked a transformative chapter: our Emergency department transitioned from being highly reliant on traveler RNs to a robust team of Providence Staff RNs. Our nurses have gone above and beyond, pouring their hearts and skills into meeting new caregivers where they are, and educating and lifting them up.
Our ED Team embodies our organization's mission and core values, consistently showing kindness and empathy, treating every patient with respect and dignity, advocating for fairness and equality, striving for excellence in every aspect of care, and upholding the highest ethical standards... They are a beacon of compassion and excellence in our ministry and community.
