Emergency Room Department 2023

Jennifer was so attentive to us when our 4-year-old daughter broke her leg. She joked with her, got her cookies, stickers, water, and a “fun ride” to the X-ray department. She even got us pictures of her fracture so we could see the break and understand what happened. Our daughter loved looking at “her bone pictures”! She was so kind and helpful when my daughter was scared - getting her a warm blanket to help calm her and checking in on us for pain medication.

Between Jennifer, Jerri Colangelo, Amber Rivera, and the X-ray tech who “drove” us to the X-ray, the team was friendly and went well above and beyond to reassure my daughter and help her laugh her way through a stressful experience.
