When I arrived on the third floor, I met Emilee. I took her hand and said, "I am scared". She held on to my hand and said, "You are going to okay", a compassionate answer indeed. Through the time I had with Emilee, she demonstrated excellent communication skills, as well as listening skills. She always had a positive and upbeat attitude. It was obvious that she was a team player. Although she had many patients, she made me feel like I was the only one she was caring for. God Bless Emilee Harness!
