Our mother arrived for a procedure. Her first few days were really rough in recovery. My brother and I had many decisions to make on our Mother’s behalf. Emilee was professional, personable, and on top of things. Went the extra mile so that we understood what was happening and took extra time to explain and treat her with dignity.

We felt Mom was in good hands with Emilee as her nurse. She was proactive, quick to respond. She displayed skill and confidence that made Mom feel cared for and safe. We can’t thank you enough for scheduling her shift with our mom 2 days in a row. That was very helpful in Mom’s recovery.
