I had a ruptured aneurysm and I am still in the ICU; this is day 18. I've had so many great nurses who've made a pretty traumatizing experience as good as it could be. I've had Emilee many of my days, and she has stood out as one of my favorites. She's a great nurse but also seems to go above and beyond. She never seems bothered or annoyed, no matter how busy it gets here. She's funny! Laughter has been the best medicine through this whole insane thing. I just want to acknowledge how good she has been to me and my mother during my stay, and has made a pretty rough experience much better. I cannot say how much I appreciate her. Thank you, Emilee! You're the best!
