Emilio's positive attitude and lighthearted humor was a welcome distraction and mixed quite well with my father's sense of humor and comedic efforts at 5:30 am. He was caring and offered respectful answers to every question we asked, plus he was able to find his vein! My father, mother, and I felt we 'hit the jackpot' with Emilio this morning. Thanks!

Emilio was very kind and caring with my father, the patient, and his family. He was also appropriately laid back and joked with my dad before his procedure. He also seems very knowledgeable. I am glad he was my dad's nurse!
