This RN continues to demonstrate extraordinary patience, de-escalation skills and great customer service with patients, staff, family members, and other professional personnel. She demonstrates the very essence of the LRH policies and the definition of the positive patient experience, especially in the Baker Act areas of the ED. She has been a valuable assistance to security in calming the aggressive and belligerent patients that have been received, brought in by LPD, Polk County Sheriffs, paramedics, etc. She has proven herself to be an exemplary nurse and human being.
