I was sitting with my brother here in the hosptial. A brother-in-law passed away in Willits. I was so upset as I couldn't be in two places at once. Emily contacted a chaplan so I could talk to him. He talked with me and prayed for me. I felt much better. Thursday was Emily's day off but she came by to check on me and make sure I was ok.
Our team felt that Emily's dedication was carefully executed when she identified the needs of the patient and the family member by calling on the chaplan for support. Her actions demonstrated a high regard for our organization's mission statement.
