Emily is not only the most determined and hardworking nurse I have ever met, but she is also the most compassionate. Emily came in on her day off work because she heard that a patient on comfort care did not have any family coming to see him. She sat by his bedside, talking to him, and kept him company until others could be with him so that he would not die alone.
