Emily Casper, BSN, RN

Emily has shown exceptional care to our daughter A and our family overall. Everyone knows that the NICU is a rollercoaster of ups and downs. When A had an unfortunate event, Emily was the voice of reason and advocated for A's needs. Whenever we see that Emily is A's nurse for the day, we feel a sense of relief, knowing that our daughter will be taken care of and loved. Emily consistently goes above and beyond by picking out her cute outfits, playing calming music, and leaving extra notes for others who will work with A. Emily has been an amazing support for our daughter but also has been a shoulder to lean on throughout this emotional journey. The world would be a better place if we all had an Emily to support us.
