Emily Cayez, RN

Emily went above and beyond caring for our mom while she was unconscious. It was scary. She helped teach us how to use music. She made sure Mom was comfortable and each of her family members. The air conditioner in the ICU stopped working and she helped bring ice to keep mom cool. She stayed late to help move Mom into a new room. She then made sure the family was able to say goodbye and see her in her new room. Emily has excellent family and patient bedside care. She was patient, kind, and listened attentively. She initiated care for Mom’s sore leg and rejoiced with the family as Mom started to open her eyes and wake up. Emily is an excellent nurse.
