Emily Charles, RN
I was a patient at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital and was fortunate to have Emily as my nurse. She sets the bar for patient care and compassion. I am traveling with my wife and had the unfortunate need to visit your hospital. Emily came into my room with a smile on her face and just a great attitude. The first thing she did was come in and make sure I was comfortable and was aware of my care plan. I was a radiology director for over 30 years so I've had the opportunity to see nurses in action and I have to say Emily is one of the best! She was extremely thorough on my patient discharge instructions and made sure I understood all of them. Please thank her again for the GREAT patient care she provided.
