Emily Clemens

Emily Clemens received nominations from both peers and faculty. She is highly respected among her peers and was noted to demonstrate the core values of the nursing profession throughout her clinical rotation. According to her clinical instructor, "She captured the team concept, displayed kindness, and offered personal experiences as appropriate. During the last clinical, Em shared a personal loss during the semester. A loss that was obviously emotionally significant; but never interfered with her clinical work. She then shared "tokens of hope" with us. It was a very 'emotional/holistic experience for the whole group. How it was presented, was a crescendo to subtle leadership qualities she possesses."
