Emily was my nurse for two shifts and was excellent.

Emily has been an exceptional nurse and caregiver to my husband. He has been in the ICU for a week, and we have had lots of nurses, but Emily stands out amongst them all. My husband was extubated while in her care, and she gave him the confidence to believe in himself again. Even days after she was his nurse, she would still stop by to check on him. If you asked someone else for something, it would often take tons of time for them to fulfill the request, but not with Emily. She has a don't-quit attitude and really gets things done for her patients.  We are thankful to have met Emily during our hospital stay.

She goes above and beyond her duties to ensure he is comfortable and also keeps family members informed about his condition.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Emily for the incredible care she provided to my dad. I am a pharmacist in the ED and have seen my fair share of traumas; however, it’s a totally different experience when it’s your family member in the trauma bay. Emily stayed on top of everything, always ensuring he had exactly what he needed, and went above and beyond in every way. Her dedication and compassion gave me so much peace of mind—I never once had to worry because I knew he was in the best hands. Her kindness and professionalism truly made all the difference, and I can’t thank her enough.
