Emily took the initiative to pilot change within our department to implement restraint packets to rapidly improve restraint documentation and focus. Emily is constantly mentioned by other departments for her pleasant helpful attitude. She serves on the system Leadership Council as well. She recently volunteered to come in on her day off to work a short shift on Med Surg. taking a full 6 patient assignment and floated this weekend as well as helping her team.
